Hi Frederick, if you still have access to the <email address hidden> email address, I would recommend you to try resetting the password of the associated Ubuntu SSO/Launchpad account. If not, since the account has an SSH key and a GPG key, we can use that to verify your ownership claim on that account.

Yes, I currently have a working GPG key, so I need to verify myself or want
to change email address.

Hi Fredrick, we will use the GPG key on the Launchpad account, that you claim to own, to send you an encrypted message. We can then verify the ownership claim once you reply to that email. We will share the instructions for this process soon.

Hi Frederick,

I have sent an email with an encrypted message (that only the owner of the GPG key associated with the <email address hidden> Launchpad account can decrypt). Please decrypt it using the provided instructions and perform the action mentioned in the encrypted message to proceed further with the verification.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Frederick Valdez for more information if necessary.
