Yes I need help how I can upload wizard.script out of the attached file.

In that case this should be directed to the maintainers of the codeblocks project (https://launchpad.net/~codeblocks-devs) rather than to us - when these wizards aren't internationalized in such a way as to make it straightforward to upload .po files to Launchpad, then that probably needs work by the project maintainers. It would also be worth finding out whether this project actually consumes translations from Launchpad or from somewhere else.
