see https://launchpad.net/~stebbins/+archive/ubuntu/handbrake-releases

This PPA does not provide software for Ubuntu groovy.
You have to remove this PPA from your list of repositories to get rid of the error message.

Eventually you can contact the provider of the PPA and ask why there is no version for groovy (and hirsute)

Thank you! You recommended:
"Eventually you can contact the provider of the PPA and ask why there is
no version for groovy (and hirsute)"

From https://launchpad.net/~stebbins
I tried to contact John Stebbins but there is no
contact possible

Email:
No public address provided.

Do you know a way how to contact John to ask if he is planning to
make the PPA available for Ubuntu "Groovy"?

There is a "contact this user" box in the top right corner of https://launchpad.net/~stebbins (as it is on every user's page)

You should be able to use "Contact this user" on https://launchpad.net/~stebbins to get Launchpad to send them an email on your behalf.

Thank you for your help!
I made a mistake, because I overlooked the box "Contact this user".
Now I wrote an email to John Stebbins and describe my issue. If I get an
answer I'll post it.

Don't confuse "answered" with "solved".
I agree that the question is not fully solved yet (the PPA does not provide the version that you are looking for), but for the time being there is nothing that needs another answer HERE.
By giving this answer I also set the status to "answered".

Can you help with this problem?
