Exactly what link are you following that doesn't work? It might be best to provide the full text of the email you received that said your membership was about to expire.

This was the message i received.In recent days I received  several email but I can't renew the membership because I don't remember how I did it anothers times (the link never works).Yesterday I ask for enter again, but still waiting...
