Is it possible to mark to questions as duplicated or to delete one of them?

There is no 'duplicate' status for questions as there is for bugs. So the correct thing to change the status to 'Invalid' and reference the original question in the message.

You'll note that Ubuntu question contacts have already taken care of the duplicated question.
