Change ID on launchpad owned by someone else but doesn't have any activity

Hi;
My user name in launchpad is natacha (https://launchpad.net/~natacha), but i want to change it for kelp. The problem is that it's owned by someone else ( https://launchpad.net/~kelp ), but he doesn't have any activity, and seems to be a dead account (no bugs, no translation, no teams, etc.).

This person doesn't have public email adress on launchpad, and I can't contact him to fix this, and he doesn't have any activity on the wiki page (his wikiname is Mickey25 ( https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Mickey25 ). The nick Kelp on wiki is mine (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kelp).

It is possible to change this id?

Is there any problem with this request? maybe I didn't explain very well, I'm sorry about that.
I use the nick 'kelp' for 8 years on the internet, and I would like use it here in launchpad.

I've merged ~kelp into ~natacha - you should now be able to rename your account to kelp.

Apologies - this shouldn't have been a merge, just a rename. Have hopefully undone that, and renamed your account to ~kelp.
