Could you also blacklist
https://launchpad.net/~jredburn
https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub2/+question/148653

And more generally, could you give me the ability to blacklist people.

I have deleted the spam, but these appear to be legitimate users, so I have not suspended their accounts.

But if password was disclosed, spam will continue. What will you do ?
Do you plan to ask them to set a new password ?

Someone else has disabled this account. FWIW, it is not cut-and-dry: spoofing could have gotten through to LP also. However, this particular account should be closed now.

By "the account," I meant na-kumar82.

I don't see evidence of spam from jeanaustinr on the page to which you linked.

jredburn is again legitimate. His account has not yet been closed. Someone could be spoofing his account. I will contact him and ask him to change his password, but I have no confidence that this is the problem.

I have hidden the spam comments on question 6817 and, since his account has 0 karma, suspended ronn22's account. In the future please open a new question for each individual who's account is being used to send spam. It is much easier if we can keep the details about each account in one place. Thanks.

OK, I will open new question in the future.
