The problem is not an invalid key; the error is being reported it turns out uploads ARE being submitted and are building. Quite distressing; see also https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/152715 this seems to have been going on for quite a while and people tend to upload the same package three or four times before they realize the first one is already building!

Can you help with this problem?
