[spam report] question 141409 comment spam, rajdeep mandal's account hijacked

The user "rajdeep mandal" (https://launchpad.net/~rajrockmann) was a legitimate user of Launchpad, but his user account has been hijacked recently. His post 1 hour ago today, reopening question https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+question/141409, is spam.

I sent an email to the user asking him to secure his computer, browser, and email account. I removed the comment.
