Please remove the lp-l10n-ben team

As per https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/137809, please remove the lp-l10n-ben team: it is a duplicate of the already existing lp-l10n-bn team, appointed for Bengali translations in the Launchpad Translators translation group.

I have created that team in a confusion. Now we have he correct team. This team can be deleted. If you want me - I can go to the team and delete.
