Please ban this spammer

Hi, This user (wr.kelly001) tried to spam his website in my forums (https://answers.launchpad.net/lilregcleaner/+question/76683). Can someone please ban him? Thanks!

I do not think his suggested link is spam. I think he is confused about how Launchpad works. I do not think the user should be suspended. You can contact him and explain that leaving comments on solved questions does not help anyone
