Please change ownership of the Ubuntu Bulgarian translation team

As a follow up to https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu-translations/+question/107391, I talked to one of the current administrators. The current owner has not yet replied and we'd like to request the change of ownership.

who is already an Administrator of the Ubuntu Bulgarian translation team at https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-l10n-bg
