what use of tool 10 in gerbview

In top toolbar of gerbview, there are "tool 10, tool 11, etc". What the use of these?

They refer to apertures (D-code) used in the file; selecting one of these will
highlight the entities using it. So, if you pick tool 10 all track/pads
using aperture 10 would be highlighted.
