Best svg support for inkscape

Asked by nlaunch

Hi all !

In inkscape the pad and track are not union.. and the track is explode in segment.
I'd like to have output of a track in one unique object define block. not a group of svg object but one object tha define
a full track.
Could you say me if this is possible. And if i can ask this new feature , " Print best svg for Inkscape".
Thanks.

Have a nice day.

Patches and purchaser orders are usually at least considered.

He only made his suggestion, it was not "do it otherwise it sucks big".

Barring that I don't get what the usefulness is in getting it to inkscape the 'obvious' solution would be an SVG engine for the plotting circus. Not a one day project, I fear... (PDF was more like a 3 days project...)

When/if I (or someone else) will be inspired to implement it, it will be done. Other people asking for the feature /may/ incentivate implementation.

Otherwise, for me, is wishlist only

Me too. My remark was intended to convey that, most concisely. I'm thinking that the
suggester benefits from knowing that it will never get done without paying for it or doing
it him/herself. I see no reason to sustain false hopes.
