how to create application like twitter for jisko

I wanted to create a applications like twitter for jisko can u tell me wat i have to do for it.

eg apps:

a) where people can get jisko notes on their own blog.
b) should extract others rss into jisko.
c) other many applications like twitter. this will help jisko to get more market or popularity .

Jisko is using a similar API as Twitter has. Theoretically you may
build working applications for both microblogging networks.
