Is it possible to make a pre-viewing of uploaded files?

Is it possible to make a thumb of uploaded files?
For example: User has upload a photo. Now it shows only with an arrow. But is it possible to show a little preview of this image in post?

You could modify Jisko, but Jisko doesn't supports making previews of the
images uploaded.
