Adding admin panel (3.0)

I suggest that Jisko add a simple admin panel. so that we can manage the user and blog.
as you know it is inconvenient to edit the database. we have to edit the config.php and database.

Thanks doula. That point is being developed to v3 version (certainly
by me). I agree with your suggestion and that's the reason we're
working on it :)
