An ebay seller is selling this software!

I just thought I'd let you know that an ebay seller "evolvedsoftware" is selling Inkscape packaged as

Pro SVG Freehand Illustrator drawing Software

When installed the software is most definitely Inkscape and is not disguised in any way.

my opinion - it complies with GPL license, if fulfills the Chapter3 of
GPL license (distribution with source code).
Chapter 1 GPL:
* You may charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy, and
you may at your option offer warranty protection in exchange for a fee.

The seller is obliged to keep the GPL license code intact however.

of course. but he's free to sell it... call it 'fee for distribution'.
