Yes the book is Inkscape Guide to a vector drawing program.
I manage to get to the exit counter after created the account. The first time it asked me to try later. After that I have to re-create the account
It does not accept my password but my email address is in the system.

If there are problems buying the book through this site, please give me as much detail as possible. I can then contact the publisher.

Note, the book has not been available at Lulu.com for over a year. I've updated the Lulu.com site with the link to the above site.

OK, I guess I know the reason. The website's page was referring to the old link at Lulu. For some reason the page was not updated.

I've just fixed that, but for some reason content hasn't gone live yet. We will have to wait a bit.
