Available where, for what? What do you mean?

I'm guessing that you want to use them as text. If that's the case, you can use the Character Map, if you're on Windows.

I actually don't know where to find those symbols, on other operating systems. But if you're not on Windows, please say which operating system you're on, and maybe someone else can a tell you where to find symbols.

Or if I haven't guessed correctly, please clarify what you're asking :-)
