Processing multi-page PDF documents

Hi!
Yesterday (Jan 27) I asked a question regarding processing multi-paged PDF files. A typical situation is necessity to make small changes on one a several pages within a document. Inkspace makes it possible to process any page but the result is a separate page, not a part of a whole document.
I am waiting for some response regarding this request.
