How can I edit a multi-paged PDF document?

Asked by Matvey Mirimov

I would like to use Inkscape for editing PDF documents. Sometimes I need to change a part of text or replace a logo, for instance. I am able to make necessary changes in one page (which number I do select in the beginning of the session). And as a result I get this modified page. Going this way I can modify ane page after another. But I do not know the way to process multi-paged PDF documents, getting also multi-paged documents. Please give me some idea of this.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi,

It's not possible at the moment with Inkscape, which deals only with sngle page documents. This may be due to the fact that Inkscape kind of follows the SVG specs which imho has no support as of yet for multi page documents.

Though you can use eg pdf-shuffler for Linux (http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/pdfshuffler) or (for Windows or MacOS) PDF Split and Merge (http://www.pdfsam.org/).
