Open PSD Files

Is it possible to open a PSD file with Inkscape? I want to convert the old Photoshop file into something usable and non proprietary.

Looking my INSCAPE 0.48.4 cant open a .PSD, you can open/import .ai or pdf files.
I suggest you to use GIMP for the PSD files.
