pop-up asking for a disk in the drive to continue?

When I open inkscape there is a pop up stating There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR1. Untill recently there was no pop up and it was working fine and if I press cancel on the pop up several times it will eventually go away and I can use inkscape normally. I uninstalled the program and downloaded it again and the problem still occurs.
