Blur effect control from status-bar

When it is added to control blur effect from the status bar, as was done for opacity? Would be very convenient - no need to activate each time window "Fill and Stroke".

Hello,

Your request is not very far from the one reported in Bug #171954 (Proposal widgets for filter Blur and Master Opacity). The only difference is that you wish to have the widget in the status bar and the RFE place it on the toolbar.
