Bug Description
Proposal for the handling of Blur and Master Opacyti, this way we can
accede to the control of % of the Blur with no need to open to the toolbox
Fill and Stroke, in the up part we can see 2 bottons and when giving him
click unfolds a control of % seemed to which also uses Gnome or Kde for
control “Sound” the gain for the masterful opacity.
