print mirror image

Can you let us know which printer model you are using. This would help us identify if the device model supports the "mirror image" feature or not.

Please check the "Miscellaneous" settings option on your printer options for selecting "Mirror Printing". I hope this solves your problem.

there is no misc printing option. There is under paper type is "iron on
transfer" when I select this it does not reverse the image. So the iron
transfer does not show as Backwards when it is printed.

Which tool/software are you using to print? If you have HPLIP installed, please type hp-print to print the image using hplip. There you must be able to see the miscellaneous option.
Also please post the output of "hp-ckeck -t" here if you have hplip installed.
