printer wont print despite the driver for hp oficejet7410 All-in-One

using ubuntu19.4 and cable connection to connect HP Officejet 7410 printer . computer indicates proper installtion of driver hplip
-3.16.7 -------but when requests a test print .....answer is printer not connected. printer window says need hp disc . however hp does not support linux. I have had it working before but i dont recall how.

Hi,

Please install latest hplip driver 3.19.8 and plugin file from the website and check again. It should work fine.
If the problem still persists please let me know.

this is where i get and then nothing. I also received a message saying
there wasn 't enough memory for something.
