Trying to connect a wireless HP scanner.

Trying to use hp scanner/printer (Laserjet Pro MFP M26nw) to scan. I can print to it but none of the scanning apps can find it. Using Ubuntu 18.04.3

Hi ,

Have you installed plugin file for the same HPLIP driver ?
And both system and printer should be in same network in order to detect through hp-scan.

When I try to install the plug in I get this error which I do not know how
to correct.

Printer and computer are on the same network. When I try to install the plugin I get error message in my original post.
