Are you able to open a terminal in linux?

Before that, in a browser, download the hplip files,
- the one for your distro (Ubuntu)
- the Download Digital Certificate file

these should both land in your Downloads folder.

Open the terminal and navigate there with

$ cd Downloads

once in there,

sh hplip-3.19.1.run

and follow the prompts. Report any errors or success back here.

ciao

Many thx, I'm sorry I can not try. I switched my computer to Windows. But I
really appreciate your answer.
All the best
