linuxmint 19.1, laserjet Pro MFP M127fn scan not working

upgraded from 19.0 to 19.1 now linuxmint 19.1, laserjet Pro MFP M127fn scan not working, other functions seem to be working ok.
64 bit system. so I used hplip-3.18.12.run to install latest drivers and software, doesn't help
what to do to fix please

Thank you for your reply, I'm attaching to this the only log I know how
to make, it indicates that
LinuxMint  19.1  is not ( yet ) supported.
Perhaps this is the problem, if so

1  how to fix it,
2  who is responsible to fix it
3  how to contact who it is that is responsible to fix it ?
