Impressão de páginas A4 na Deskjet 2676

Asked by flavioml

The Deskjet 2676 MFP does not print an A4 page correctly, unless it has been formatted as a letter size, namely respecting the limits and margins imposed for the latter format.
For example, bills of light, water and telephone and other documents prepared for A4-size borderless printing are hopelessly cut in vertical margins.
Having put this question on HP support, I got the answer in the sense that it would be enough to adjust such margins when printing. That does not produce the expected result in HPLIP. So I did the test on a device with windows and it worked perfectly when adjusting to the size of the page.
On HPLIP document only prints fully on some applications that resize it to fit the letter size.
Any solution for this?
My distribution: Kubuntu 18.04.
HPLIP Version: 3.17.10

Hi flavioml,

Please share the input and output a4 files and the steps for the settings you selected to print these a4 input files.
Also try printing after installing the latest HPLIP driver (https://developers.hp.com/hp-linux-imaging-and-printing/gethplip).

Thanks,
Srinivas Teja.

First of all, I apologize the delayed response. It took some time to
find the reports you requested. In addition, private circumstances
prevented me from devoting myself promptly to the question.
I am attaching documents that demonstrate the difficulties to obtain the
correct impression in the format A4, which is the standard commonly
adopted in Brazil.
Exemplifying, I am bringing an invoice digitally issued by the
residential gas supplier and another received from the telecom provider.
The documents "gas_original.pdf" and "telecom_original.pdf" are the
payment tickets received from the supplier.
The scanned images "gas_printed_win_rs.png" and
"gas_printed_win_adjust.png" show the results obtained on the Windows
system with the real size and adjust options, respectively.
As noted, using the original size option, the printed document was not
affected at the top margin, which remains intact, while at the lower
margin the bar code is cut. Already when choosing the option adjust the
documented is resized, obtaining an integral impression of it.
The "gas_printed_tux.png" image, on the other hand, shows what happens
by printing same document in Kubuntu 18.04. As you can see the document
is resized but still the vertical margins of the Letter format are
retained and the top line of the document is suppressed.
The documents "telecom_original.pdf", "telecom_printed_win.png" and
"telecom_printed_tux.png" make the results difference between the two OS
clearer. The "telecom_printed_ win.png" image shows the adjusted
document printed almost entirely, except for an almost imperceptible
upper cut. On Linux, even resized, the document suffers a large cut at
the top edge.
Finally, "Screenshot_20180731_120218.png" shows the print dialog box in
Linux, with the impossibility of reducing the top margin.
Thank you so much
