I can not print as computer says printer unconnected or unpluged
Printer working fine until a paper jam-- Now computer says printer either unplugged which it is not, or offline-- Need help in getting it on line again-- Of course paper jam corrected, fax works copy works, not able to print--

Hi Barbara,
Please follow the steps listed below
1. Unplug the USB cable/Ethernet.
2. Delete all the Print Queues from the CUPS or use command via terminal "hp-setup -r"
3. Restart the system.
4. Plugin the USB Cable/Ethernet again.
5. Add the printer using "hp-setup".Device will get configured automatically.
