Color and brightness distortion on HP LaserJet cp1025nw

Asked by Yann

Linux Mint 17.2 64bit
hplip-3.17.10
The printer distorts the colors of the images I print.
The printed images also appear too dark compared to the displayed ones.
What can be done to correct this?

What do you mean by "input"?
Can you be more specific.
Thanks.
If you want I can print and scan so you can compare printed result with
original image.

Hi Yann,
Can you upload the input file which you printed where the color and brightness distortion issue is seen? We will try to reproduce the issue in the lab and update our findings.
Thanks,
Shivani

Here is an image I printed. Then I scanned it. Both brightness and color
distortion is present.
