HP Device Manager doesn't start

Please try running it on the command line ("hp-toolbox") and post any error
messages, etc. that you get.

I got it to work. I did an "uninstall/reinstall" of the HP software and now the Device Manager starts in the system tray.
Not sure to the cause...I had the printers both off this time and before when it didn't work I hadn't run all the updates yet.
Strange...but its working now!
