COMPRESS_MODE_LJ = 12

We are unable to provide additional details about the algorithms or protocols that are contained in the binary plugin, such as this particular compression algorithm. Hewlett-Packard’s specific stance on this is as follows:

Some HP devices require proprietary software technologies to allow full access to printer features and performance. These technologies cannot be open sourced. Because of this, HP is releasing binary plug-ins that work in conjunction with our Linux Open Source Printing Software to improve the printing experience for HP’s Linux Printing Customers.

These plug-ins are currently designed for use only on 32 and 64-bit, x86-based systems (systems using microprocessors such as Pentium, Celeron or Athlon).

I no need any open source. I need the formal description of this compression method only.
Is there any chance get it or binary plugin for Windows?

HP's Windows driver includes this. You do not need any additional plugin for Windows.
