The DeskJet D1460 is supported by HPLIP.

You can get the driver here:

Hussainali,

most devices I know do not come with a Linux driver installation CD. Instead, the driver comes with your Linux distribution CD. So, perhaps it is already installed on your system. You need at least version 1.7.4 for the D1400 series.

If it should not be installed yet or your version is too old, you can download the latest version of the driver (currently 2.8.5) from

http://hplip.sourceforge.net/downloads.html

Hope that helps.

Can you help with this problem?
