HP LaserJet p1102 does not work

OS: Fedora 23
HPLIP 3.15.11
Printer: HP LaserJet p1102

Problem: When trying to install the plug-in (downloading it automatically or choosing manually downloaded hplip-3.15.11-plugin.run) in terminal or in GUI, the installer hangs up.
