Everything ok in this command except a small error as below
error: PolicyKit support requires DBUS or PolicyKit support files missing

Still not working

Can you please download and install latest HPLIP 3.13.8.
Download it from http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/gethplip.html.

Install it by opening terminal and run command "sh hplip-3.13.8.run"
 After install please delete any existing print queues in "system-config-printer" and configure the printer from command
 "hp-setup".

This should solve your problem.

I have done the following command
    1 sh hplip-3.13.8
    2 sh hplip-3.13.8.run
    3 system-config-printer
    4 apt-get install system-config-printer
    5 hp-setup
    6 system-config-printer
    7 hp-setup
