Can you please download and install latest HPLIP 3.13.8.
Download it from http://
Install it by opening terminal and run command "sh hplip-3.13.8.run"
After install please delete any existing print queues in "system-
"hp-setup".
This should solve your problem.

Hello Thomos,
HPLIP 3.13.8 is still not installed (It still shows older HPLIP version 3.12.6), looks like some issue was there. Please try to install latest HPLIP release from
http://
http://
=> Reconfigure print queue using below commands.
=> system-
=> su -c "hp-plugin"
or
=> sudo hp-plugin (This will download right plugin)
=> hp-setup (It should not be run in a root mode. This command is adding print queue, make sure you select ppd name having "-ps" or "hpcups" substring)
=>Try printing now.
