Error message 1017 on F2180 deskjet

Both cartridges are full but the low ink light stays on and displays 1017as an error message.

Thank you for replying Amarnath, the ink light came on on the printer
panel and the printer would not print. When i went into hp device
manager it came up with the error message on my laptop screen. However
after a couple of hours, for some unknown reason the printer started
working again without further input from me. It printed out what was on
the print queue. I do not understand why it started working again.
