Where to download hplip-3.11.10-plugin.run now?

Asked by Captain Trunky

Hello!
I have bought new HP LaserJet Professional p1102w printer. When I try to install hplip drivers on Ubuntu 11.04, it can't download hplip-3.11.10-plugin.run:

$ sudo hp-plugin

HP Linux Imaging and Printing System (ver. 3.11.10)
Plugin Download and Install Utility ver. 2.1

Downloading plug-in from: http://www.openprinting.org/download/printdriver/auxfiles/HP/plugins/hplip-3.11.10-plugin.run
Plugin is not accessible. Trying to download it from fallback location: [http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/plugin/hplip-3.11.10-plugin.run]
Receiving digital keys: /usr/bin/gpg --no-permission-warning --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-keys 0xA59047B9
error: ERROR: Plug-in file does not match its digital signature. File may have been corrupted or altered. Error code: 2

So, openprinting.org is down now (as part of Linux Foundation), but there is no plugin on http://hplipopensource.com/ too. What should I do? Where can I get plugin?
Thanks for help!

I have been having problems in installing my HP 1020 printer in Ubuntu 10.10. I came acreoss this page on a Google search. I am trying to download hplip-3.11.10-plugin.run. I tried the "sudo hp-plugin -g " as suggested on this page. After much activity I got the following message:
error: ERROR: Plug-in file does not match its digital signature. File may have been corrupted or altered. Error code: 2

Is there any other way of downloading the "hplip-3.11.10-plugin.run".

Dear Sanjay,

Thanks for the prompt reply. I tried your instructions and started with a new download of the hplip-3.11.10.run file. I was able to successfully download and install the program. I was able to print a sample page. However when I switched off the printer and tried to print another page, there is no response from the printer. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how I could correct this problem.
