Stampa Fronte-Retro con HPLIP su PSC1510
Uso HP Pavilion zv6000 con O.S. UBUNTU 10.04 sempre aggiornato, collegato a printer HP PSC 1510.

1. Compile-time check mode (-c or --compile): Use this mode before compiling the
HPLIP supplied tarball (.tar.gz or .run) to determine if the proper dependencies
are installed to successfully compile HPLIP.
2. Run-time check mode (-r or --run): Use this mode to determine if a distro
supplied package (.deb, .rpm, etc) or an already built HPLIP supplied tarball
has the proper dependencies installed to successfully run.
3. Both compile- and run-time check mode (-b or --both) (Default): This mode
will check both of the above cases (both compile- and run-time dependencies).

HPLIP does not work correctly with the feature Front-Rear Print : it does not ask you to turn upside down the sheet of paper, in order to print the second page

Dear Mr. Pascal De Vuyst,
the problem of the feature "Double-Sided Printing" is NOT fixed yet! At least on the HP PSC 1510.
Read this please:
<NO SRIKANTH,
what you wrote is NOT true! The bug is NOT resolved yet, at least on printers like mine!
In the meantime I have installed Ubuntu 10.10 and HPLIP 3.11.7 (the very last, one week ago) BUT the Double Sided Printing is NOT WORKING at all, on my H.P. PSC 1510, in spite of the setting "Long Edge (Standard)" and "Duplexer Installed on" (grey).
In WINDOWS XP, on the contrary, everything is good. Do a test, please.>

Provide an answer of your own, or ask vonibenz for more information if necessary.
