Import CSV missing

Asked by BCable

I'm running Debian sid, which currently has version 4.0.3 of Homebank, and before I reinstalled Homebank recently, the "Import CSV" option under Tools on the Account page is missing. "Export CSV" is still there, but "Import CSV" just appears to have disappeared!

I hope this isn't a bug that was fixed in 4.0.4, as I would be wasting your time, but the changelog doesn't mention anything about it so I'm not sure what to do. I can't really manage my information without importing it first :/

Thanks!
Brad
