unknown or invalid file during Import

I downloaded from RoBo bank the transactions from on account and it displays as follows: transactions.csv or .qif with the file size and time, when I select it I get the unknown or invalid file type error. I looked at the help and cannot tell what the issue is whether it's something to the left of the period or maybe date format is mentioned, a date won't show up in my file system until the next day. the date format in my system is different than m/d/yyyy format, but I couldn't find a way to change my sys format.

the QIF file provided by your bank, is probably invalid, post the 10 first lines here
the CSV format is specific to homebank, read the doc.

I downloaded my .csv file into a spreadsheet (LibreOfficeCalc) and have
given you the first 10 lines from the spreadsheet, is there an
alternative to manually changing each comma to semi colon, but would
appreciate an example, and when I copied these files onto the email
there are no spaces between characters so on the third line i will add
spaces to show how it looked downloaded into the spreadsheet.

I have attempted to edit the original RaBo transaction fire doing a find and replace but Home Bank would not accept this, there were double commas and so they were replaced with double Semi Colons.

for CSV, I can't help further, if you conform HomeBank format it will work,.
I strongly suggest you try to use QIF, again CSV is not a monetary format, it is usefull if you want to import on a spredsheet program but not into a financial format

post the 10 first lines of your QIF statement
