transaction delay

is it possible includ internal transaction with transfer delay?
for example
I make my payment from bank account to my credit cart account at date 05.xx.xx
(it is registered in my bank account records that i have made payment at date 05.xx.xx)
but in credit card records it appear with delay for one or three days
(it is registered in my bank account records that i have made payment at date 07.xx.xx)
