The process p p > h h in NMSSM

Asked by Harshal Kulkarni

Hi all,
          I am new to HEPMDB and have a very basic query regarding the pair production of SM-like Higgs h h in the NMSSM and MSSM models. I am trying to generate the process p p > h h where h is SM-like Higgs in the NMSSM and MSSM models using this online server. I went to "Calculate" section and then imported the NMSSM model but I couldn't find any place to enter this specific process which I want to generate. (I was originally using MadGraph and hence am not familiar with the HEPMDB server. I switched to this server from MadGraph because the MadGraph5 web server is having some problem) Could you please help me with this? How exactly do I generate the Higgs pair production processes in HEPMDB online, without installing any package ?

Thanks,
Harshal

Dear Harshal,

indeed you can explore the p,p->h,h process for
NMSSM and MSSM models at HEPMDB.
These models are at HEPMDB in CalcHEP format only.
Users can add those mpdels in MG5 format by themselves.

To calculate this process with CalcHEP you should use menu:
1) Import model:
"File -> Import model "
(model 28 or 29 respectively)
2) Create batch file
"Select-> Edit batch file->Save Changes"
(you can use option Input Full template -- and modify it for your process)
3) Run the job
"Select->Dun Batch"
(set the appropriate time limit -- 60 hours max)

For more details on how to write batch file -- see CalcHEP manual on the website or/and
lectures on CalcHEP and HEP tools

see lecture one from page 92

Thank you so much for your help. Could you also tell me where I can find the notations for SM-like higgs and other particles for MSSM, NMSSM and all other models?
