All task deleted/hidden when enabling RTM Plugin

Asked by Noe Nieto

I enabled Remember the Milk plugin and all my tasks were deleted. I logged in to RTM web interface and saw that my tasks are there.

I don't have a pro account; that's why I think that my tasks didn't come back from RTM.

Is there a way to warn users of RTM that they don't have a pro account and that they might experience issues like this?

Hi Noe,
The RTM plugin is very buggy and needs to be updated. The problem is more related to the API that is being used by the application rather than the type of account

And, is someone doing something about this? Or does it need someone who
sends a patch?

Currently, we are not working on the RTM backend.

If you are interested, you're more than welcome to contribute to it :-)

Can you help with this problem?
