Hotmail don't support pop access so it is difficult but possible:

THanks for the info it works great for sending but it dosen't recive emails? Can I do something for my messeges not be erased in Hotmail?

I think you need to have WebDav access for your hotmail account for this and IIRC you need to have a premium account for this that costs a fee.
