can the dynamic files (like manifest) be stored in a separate container for cold storage?

Asked by Tom Boschman

Oracle is now offering (just like amazon) very cheap cold storage. (at 0.001 USD per GB per month)
Unfortunately the data is only available after 4 hours. That is fine for the actual backup data but problematic for the manifest.

Would it be possible to store the manifest (and potential other dynamic files) in a separate hot container to have direct access?

Thanks,
Tom

Oracle does not offer that feature.
At the moment of creation of the container you have to specify the type: normal or archive.
Normal containers are always available, archive only after 4 hours
