How to fix/delete a single corrupt "duplicity-new-signatures" file?

Asked by Daniel Hopp

Is there a way to fix or remove a single corrupt signature file or is the backup chain lost from here on?

Copying duplicity-new-signatures.20130414T071049Z.to.20130414T081028Z.sigtar.gz to local cache.
Failed to read /tmp/duplicity-TTXknh-tempdir/mktemp-HCtqqW-1: (<type 'exceptions.IOError'>, IOError('CRC check failed 0x7fb1c282 != 0x477599d8L',), <traceback object at 0x2513128>)

duplicity 0.6.18 / Debian 4.3.5-4
